Dr. M. Vidal hides behinds his arrogance and superior sense of ego for greed and profit..Thankfully I no longer have any work done by him anymore..He act like he has done you a favor... greed and profit...Overcharging his patients for work that doesn't deserve his outrageous prices...Shame on Him!!!!! Thank god most of his work is out of Boston...

Amazingly thankful to be a patient at Russell Hill Dental. The entire team is welcoming, knowledgeable, and thorough. They consistently check in to make sure I'm comfortable and that my needs are met.
I've never had major dental issues due to being a patient here for 26+ years. I even flew back from California for semi-annual appointments after trying other dental offices while living out of town. HIGHLY recommend this team if you're looking for solid treatment, consistency, and kindness in your dental visits!

Dr. Vidal and my periodontist worked together on my front tooth implant and I could not be happier! Because it was my front tooth, I was so nervous that my implant would be noticeable but you literally cannot tell the implant from my natural teeth. Both doctors worked perfectly in sync with each other to make sure everything went smoothly and according to plan. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the result. I can’t stop smiling now - it exceeded my expectations!! Dr.
Vidal is such a perfectionist. He always took the time to fully explain the process and answer questions. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, extremely caring, patient, accommodating, personable and friendly—all are truly top professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Vidal and his team!

I wish I could give more than 5-star rating to this practice. My husband and I have been patients of Russell Hill Dental for 9 years and we both had very extensive restoration work completed by Dr. Vidal. We both have terrible teeth and have spent countless hours at numerous dental offices across 3 states. Dr. Vidal is without any doubt the best dentist we have ever had. When I first came to this practice I was absolutely desperate with my 2 upper front teeth destroyed by a different dental office’s horrifying attempt to cover them in crowns. After intensive work to rebuild my almost missing (and most visible) teeth, the crowns Dr. Vidal and his partner technician made were absolutely perfect and indistinguishable from my natural teeth (down to every variation in transparency that teeth normally have) and feel great.
I have 16 crowns but have never before experienced such an outstanding quality of work. Since then Dr. Vidal had replaced at least 7 old crowns that were troubling me and ALL look amazing and feel great. As a result of his work, my gums improved too. My husband had several crowns and 2 implants done and he too could not have been happier with the outcome. I want to point out that Dr. Vidal never suggests any work without it really being necessary (unlike all other dentists we have seen before) and rejected some of my prompts for replacements (as advised by prior doctors). Russell Hill Dental staff are very friendly, highly professional and accommodating. Every service here (e.
g. routine cleaning) is done at higher level than what I was used to. What other offices charged us as "scaling" or "deep cleaning" here seems to be the norm for regular cleaning, which is fully covered by insurance. This office works with other excellent dentistry professionals and when we needed referrals for root canals or periodontics, all work done by partner doctors was great too. A few years ago my employer relocated out of state and while weighing the pros and cons of moving, one factor we strongly considered was losing access to Russell Hill Dental. We did not move and we definitely will stay as their patients as long as we live in MA. I just cannot recommend this practice enough and I am very grateful for the fantastic care we receive here!
