Dr. Richard Tom is a FANTASTIC DOCTOR. I went here in severe pain and was scared to have work done. But he was so kind, caring, very compassionate with me. Very clean office and work, I had no pain the next day! Joann, was always very sweet and kind on the phone! She made it very easy to make an appointment with the office. I’m so happy I chose this office and will be a life time client.

This was my first visit at RT Dental and I felt slightly apprehensive due to “dentist anxiety. ” The receptionist at the front desk was friendly, approachable and personable, and the dental assistant was very helpful and kind. They both greeted me with warm smiles. Dr. Tom has a very calm and easygoing disposition, and he explained clearly and precisely what treatment was needed on my tooth. While he was working on my tooth, he made sure I was comfortable and doing okay.
He even raised the back of my chair upright a bit after I informed him that I have issues with vertigo. He was very gentle and detailed with my filling and asked if I had any questions afterwards. Needless to say, any anxiety I initially felt had dissipated. I was very satisfied and impressed with Dr. Tom and his staff, and I feel confident and comfortable to return for my next office visit.
