great and friendly staff. had to get a cavity filled on my front tooth, Dr. Holmes fixed it perfectly and the injection part didn’t even hurt! Dr. Holmes really cares about the health of our teeth and gums. she’s the best of the best!

Don’t recommend at all. Made an apt a week ago for a cleaning and a wisdom tooth issue. Never received a confirmation of apt or anything so I called the following week after I made the apt to confirm I was set to go. Apparently it wasn’t in the system so I had to re-do my apt booking and asked the worker if I was set and she confirmed over the phone yes. I called the next day to see if they had a possibility of any opening or an earlier apt due to swollen side of face and dental pain where the wisdom tooth is and the lady said my apt wasn’t in the system AGAIN and tried to set me up for an apt….

I told her I spoke with someone less than 24 hours ago who apparently set me up and it sounded like the same female and she wanted to laugh and say she wasn’t working that day. I honestly don’t recommend this place. Staff is too incompetent to even schedule an apt there’s no telling what else they will mess up actually operating on your teeth.

Royal Dental Group is the best dental office in Gainesville. I drive from Atlanta to Gainesville just for my 6 months check up. It is worth the drive. Thank you Dr Holmes for the great service you give to the Gainesville community. And surrounding Metro Atlanta area. Children love your office because you make "going to the dentist" Fun! My smile is bright and beautiful!
