Service was prepaid, still received a bill even after pre paying for service. The bill that came in the mail was a 30 day late payment bill. Very unprofessional, the front desk workers have an attitude as if I’m receiving free service. What upsets me more is that my wife purposely overpaid and this office owes us money.

Was in this week, needed a root canal. Sounds simple right. I needed it under my bridge. So Dr. Jo had to drill through my bridge to get to the tooth to remove the nerve. Was in the chair for 90 minutes. Later that night I was eating peanuts. Thank you Dr. Jo. You did a wonderful job. You have such an anointed touch. God bless you

For years and years I have hated visits to the dentist office. Probably since I was a child. I’ve visited very many practices over the years. When I switched jobs, I was forced to switch insurance coverage, and then ultimately switching dentists. (Not that I had one to call home anyways, since I avoided dentist visits all together). While browsing my plans many options of Dental Offices, I stumbled upon Oak Lawn Dental Associates. Went into the website and hit “Meet the Dr’s”. The first picture that came up was Dr. Rossino. Something about his smile was so welcoming. I didn’t even read reviews at this point. I had this gut feeling that I was making a great choice.

Say no more!!! I called and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Jackie, the office manager took all my information. So sweet. I then met with Amy, my Dental Hygienist. She was so understanding of my fears, talked with me made me feel so comfortable. (Thank you Amy). She’s awesome. After I was finished with Amy, Dr. Kerger was my dentist. She was also so kind and empathetic with me fearing the dentist. It took a few appointments to get me back up to par but I’m so happy It was with her. She is so amazing!!! Gentle.

Funny. Just awesome. I finally was able to meet Dr. Rossino and tell him the reason I picked that office. (I think I made him blush a little. ) I can go on and on and on about how much I love them all at this office. I walk around with a stack of business cards; to hand out to friends, family, and even strangers. I couldn’t be more happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

My children and I have been patients here for about 10 years. Dr. Rossino is a great dentist, there are also other doctors there that are just as great.

The staff is excellent, and they have always been able to work with my dental insurance plans, since I switch insurance plans about 4 times since we started out here, and sometimes we didn't even have insurance so they would always give me reasonable prices and able to work out payment options. The patient rooms and office area is clean, the waiting room is pleasant and has magazines.
