I’ve been going here since 2015, almost a decade, and I have always been extremely polite to everyone there. While I had a very pleasant experience with my usual hygienist and Dr. French, the front desk staff have been rude on a number of occasions and they seem to be more worried about money than their patients experience. At my last dental cleaning, a different hygienist was subbing in for my usual one.

She broke my permanent orthodontic retainer, due to her overly abrasive technique, and the office wanted ME to come a different day, after my teeth already moved out of place, and have ME pay over $200 out of pocket for them to fix it, while it was their mistake! They also have a $75 fee for missed/cancelled appointments, regardless of the reason. I missed my last appointment due to a death in the family, which I told them about, and they not only refused to waive the fee, but dismissed me from the practice due to having 8 missed/cancelled appointments accumulated over 10 YEARS, when I was a kid for some of them. They did not give me warnings that this was even a possible consequence of missing appointments, nor that I was approaching this. I understand that missed or last minute cancellation can affect work flow and profits, and I even understand that not every one has to accommodate when mine or anyone else’s work/family emergencies prevent us from getting to appointments - which is why I have paid the $75 fee every single time, no problem.

But to dismiss a patient, without warning, who has never given them issues besides a few missed appointments in a DECADE, has always paid any balances I’ve had, and has brought them multiple new patients, I’m absolutely appalled at this treatment. If you’re looking for a dentist who values you, your family, and your patient experience, I recommend you go elsewhere.

The office and staff were very welcoming! I have put off going to the dentist for several years (due to a bad experience and moving states), but I am so glad I decided to come here. I felt very at ease and Carol was the best! She made sure to talk me through the steps she was doing, and educate me on certain things, while also being very kind and funny. Would def recommend this dental office!

I was able to make an emergency appointment the same day that I called, and my issue was resolved in one visit that was only 1.5 hours! The dentist I had been seeing could not see me for a week, and even then, it would have been a couple weeks and more than one visit to resolve my issue. Dr. French was great, and everyone in the office was very nice. I highly recommend!
