I highly recommend Rosinsky Family Dentistry. Not only is Dr. Rosinsky top notch, he is trustworthy and kind. I've had other dentists who often suggest additional treatments, even push for them, but Dr R is always honest about my dental health needs.

His support staff are skilled and particularly child and adult friendly. I wish I had this dentist and his staff when my children were young. I'm loving them for a senior me now :)

My husband came in to have a tooth filled, and he was not aware that there was a tiny abscess above the tooth when he sat down, the nurse lifted his gums and injected him with Novacaine (Clearly exposing the abscess) But still injected so when the doctor came in, he said they couldn’t do anything because there was an abscess. My husband was upset because why did she numb him? She clearly had to expose the abscess that he did not know was there. I called to ask about the bill that they then sent me. They said the insurance was not going to pay for it because it was a minimal visit. And we already had a consultation, and the insurance only allows for one visit without Work being done. She was combative and telling me that my husband does not take care of his teeth and that’s not her problem. She kept arguing with me and getting an attitude, but telling me that I was the one arguing.

It was the most unprofessional call I’ve ever had with a medical office. If this is how you allow your business to be ran, I can’t imagine the dental work that is done in the office. I’m absolutely disgusted with the level of how combative she was with me on the phone. I’ve called my insurance company and told them what happened at the office visit and they are going to open a review, As my husband should not be responsible for paying for something or services that should not have been done. Why would you numb someone if you clearly know there is an infection and when the doctor comes in, he’s not going to perform the task! And if that person did not know(She went to college by the way) Then that is on her and she should be reprimanded for that. The doctor came in and said oh there is clearly an infection and we cannot fill the tooth. You have to go to an oral surgeon to have it removed, We will write you a referral.

That was the end of the visit. And my husband was numb all day! I simply called to ask questions in regards to the bill that I received Because like everyone else in the world, I do not understand how insurance works. And the note said that he reached his maximum limited visits. How am I supposed to know what that means? Nevertheless, I do not recommend this dentist. I do not usually do this to businesses, but the receptionist was so rude and nasty, And then to degrade my husband to me, That crossed the line! That is not how a professional business should be behave. But if you read the reviews, there are multiple people that have complained about her, So, Take that for what it’s worth on how they run the business.
