Exceptional dental care Experiences! I must say, as a long-time patient of Dr Hoeffel virtually every experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walk in I'm warmly greeted by the receptionist who makes me feel welcome and right at home. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and immediately puts patients at ease. Appointments start on time which I greatly appreciate. Dr Hoeffel and dental hygienist are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
They take the time to explain each step of the process and answer any and all of questions thoroughly. They genuinely care about my oral health and well-being. Do not hesitate to become their patient, you'll be glad you found the best. Really!

I also received the $25 fraudulent charge. I live in CA and use BOA. I’m seeing talk of going to McDonalds, however, I never use my debit card so I’m thinking this leak must originate from a digital source.

My debit card also got hit in California for $25! Left a message to call me, no call back. How on earth does this happen?! Update...it's been days, left 2 voicemail messages, and have not heard from this office. Unbelievable. Edit: No, we don't live in Encinitas, we're over 200 miles from that McDonald's..

I don't understand why you charged and took out of my bank account $25. I've never been to your practice and I have medical for insurance. You are taking $25 from a person on a fixed income. It's hard enough for me to make it thru a month to the next month. You stealing $25 from me is not okay. I don't know why or how you got my card number but you need to stop and figure out why I'm being charged $25 to a practice that I have never been to nor spoken with.
I don't understand. You need to get a hold of me. Shasma. I left my phone number on your recording more than once and I will drive all the way to Roseville two hours away just to find out what is going on.
