Dr. Rose has been my dentist for many years. I continue to see him because he is very talented. His chairside manner is excellent. My only negative is the distance from my home to his office but that is not on Dr. Rose. I would gladly recommend Dr. Rose for your dental needs.

Used to be a great office until a new woman who's very rude began answering phones and scheduling appointments this year. She lectured me when they didn't hold my last two appointments after I waited for months. I've sent multiple emails over the past month asking if I have a balance because I don't plan to return. Zero response.
Not an acceptable way to run a business. Someone so abrasive shouldn't be customer facing.

I was really disappointed by the ultimatum. Do the deep cleaning now or go. The hygienist said how easy it would be now, 30 minutes only. Then they proposed billing my insurance and me an additional $600. So I left and am finding a new dentist. Too bad, I liked the hygienist, but do notice it’s different people every visit.
