Roots Dental Studio is a breath of fresh air in dental care—modern, caring, and focused on the whole person. I’ve been a patient for 2 years, and it’s unlike any practice I’ve visited. The office feels more like a cozy studio than a clinic, with plants, soft music, and a staff that treats you like a friend. Dr. Hayes is incredible—she takes time to listen to concerns, explains treatments in plain language, and uses gentle techniques that make even cleanings feel easy.

Her work on my composite fillings is seamless; I can’t even tell where they are. The hygienists are knowledgeable and share great holistic care tips, and the front desk handles insurance with zero stress. They fit me in last week when I had sensitivity, no questions. It’s dental care that feels intentional—so glad I found them.

After decades of going to a different dentist, I decided it was time to make a change. I moved and wanted someone closer to home. A coworker recommended Dr. Patel and it turned out that his office is very close to home, so i thought I'd stop in for a cleaning. I'm so very glad I did! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with the best energy, and the most sweetest people. After meeting Dr.

Patel I understood why. He is someone who displays such love in what he does and he created a very happy environment. Everyone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A week later, through small talk with 2 ladies at the Metra train station, they also recommended Dr. Patel! They went on and on expressing how pleased they are with him and his crew. I scheduled to have a tooth implanted and I was very impressed by the results.

My past experiences were not good and I didn't know that, until I visited Dr. Patel. Vanessa assisted him and she was a complete pleasure to work with. The whole office is very well put together and organized. I'm happy I made a change and made Dr. Patel my dentist!!
