I had Dr. Ramirez recently and he took me on short notice, and was terrific. Can’t say enough about this place. All the girls were pleasant and very helpful at the front desk and the doctor was compassionate and was not high-pressured at all unlike the last place I had been at. Highly recommend!

Dr. Daniel is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about his patients. He was incredibly informative and patient with my daughter, who was quite nervous about her visit. His calm demeanor and thorough explanations made the experience much more comfortable for her.

We are grateful for the excellent care she received and highly recommend Dr. Daniel to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist.

First off Dr. Sanchez is awesome but whom ever handles the staffing and scheduling needs to get their stuff together. I had to reschedule my cleaning because I was sick so I had to wait a month for a new appointment, no problem I get it. They called to reschedule my appointment time cause they didn’t have a hygienist available at that time and asked if I could come later in the day.

Sure, no worries I can do that. Two days later they call asking if I could go back to my original time because the hygienist needed to leave early due to the holidays. Huh? So they had to push my appointment back due to a staffing issue now they have to move it up because of another staffing issue? Will not be returning because their staffing issues cannot become my issues. So not happy!

I’ve been coming to Romo for more than 5 years now. Started with dr Sanchez and then a male dentist I forgot his name and then dr Valencia…. Why can’t I stick with one dentist? I don’t also understand why 20 X-rays are done before every cleaning? My estimate for a crowns and such was below $2000 and all was confirmed before they broke it down into multiple payments and came up significantly more than what was promised.

Hygienist doesn’t know much and 2 different dentists gave conflicting information or didn’t even mention maintenance and things to do after a year later. Wish I could give them more stars but I really can’t. The organization sucks, I was willing to go to the other office if I can keep my dentist and then I see them all here but somehow I was assigned a different dentist again lol I have to mention though on the positive side that dentists are great for the most part pretty much all of the ones I’ve had.

I like the reminders and most of the front desk staff. Wait time is not long if you have an appointment, at least for me they were always prompt. I’ll unfortunately have to find a different dentist myself and stick with it
