I’ve been a customer for years here and unfortunately have to say I will not be back. I always have insurance and they know the insurance for myself and 4 others in my family. Well my sons claim was not received by insurance company for years (but they’ve received multiple others for him) and then when they do get it they deny timely filing since it’s been so long. Now I get a bill for my son’s cleaning when that obviously was a mistake of the billing office and should be written off. I’ve worked in insurance before and this should be a write off since it was not my fault but they won’t write off a $100 cleaning bill.
I cannot believe they would rather lose a family of 5 than write off a $100 claim. I’ve called multiple times and am shocked that they think this is ok. The billing office should’ve got the claim in time.

The front desk/admin associates were extremely pleasant and helpful. My insurance had changed to something based out of Washington state. They took the time to make sure it Rodek Dental accepted it and things were ready to go when I arrived. Jen, my hygienist was wonderful. Overall, my experience really was great.

My first experience at Rodek Dental Arts was exceptional. I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff when I arrived. Samantha was my hygienist and she was very personable and thorough. Dr. Rodek took time to explain things and was not hurried at all. She was like talking to a friend. I highly recommend.
