Dr. Alex Rockwell has been my entire family’s dentist for over a decade now. He is by far the best dentist around. His expertise is amazing and he always makes us laugh! The staff is professional and friendly!!!

Dr Rockwell, the best dentist in New Jersey, is MORE than that. Yes the doctor has done plenty of work on my teeth. I've been seeing him for 20 years. Dr Rockwell is very professional, yet I laugh when I'm in the chair. Haley always has a delightful smile and Maria knows how to run the office. But in December 2023, I went to the office for a routine cleaning. But I was feeling miserable because I had now been suffering from Vertigo for a complete year. None of my ENT doctors could figure out why it was so persistent.
I guess Dr Rockwell could see my distress. He sat with me in the waiting room as I described my symptoms and pain. And the doctor rejoiced "I can fix it". You see, I clench my teeth and scrape them. That caused inflammation around the jaw muscles, which causes irritation deep in the ear canals. Anyway, Dr Rockwell was familiar with my chronic illness. He immediately gave me the standard treatment, which is a series of Botox injections in the jaw. After 1 week and 1 more Epley maneuver, my vertigo was finally GONE.
Dr Rockwell has a drive for perfection. He will honor his promise. He will go the extra mile. Looking for a dentist??? Not anymore. . Tom
