Receptionists were rude and impatient and frequently “miscalculates” costs. Could not tell me an upfront cost for a standard dental cleaning procedure. Then after my procedure they bill me for procedures that I did not undergo. If I wasn’t careful and just swiped my credit card I would have had to pay an extra $100.
If it happened once I would have given them the benefit of the doubt but the exact same thing happened to my girlfriend. The dentist also would not let me take a picture of my own dental X Ray images. That’s my own private medical information they are denying me access to.

Dr. Li, Hojin and staff did an exceptional job taking care of me during my visit. They were very polite and professional. They both did a great job answering all my questions and educating me on my oral health, to minimize the need for more extensive work in the future.
It was a busy day in the office, yet they managed to never make me feel rushed or had me sitting in a chair waiting to be attended. Will be recommending to friends and family.

This is my first visit at Rockville Dental Center and needed to have some crown work done. I'm very impressed with the hi-tech office itself, the receptionist and especially Dr. Rofe. She is a veteran with years of experience and is very gentle in her approach. They seem to take advantage of the latest technology. In my case they employed tooth scanning and even 3D printed my crown in house.
