Dr. Lalani is the best dentist that i have been to. I have a couple of years going to him, stopped going for a while but never went to any dentist and ended up returning to him. He has been very considerate with the prices. I have done 3 caps and 2 implants and in process of doing 3 more implants. his staff is very cooperative and respectful but my favorite of course is Arlene. The front staff/complete staff are very nice personally and over the phone. My youngest son is also a patient and Dr.

Nalani referred him to a good place for braces. I am very satisfied with the work that has been done to me. i could now smile thanks to Dr. Nalani and Arlene. thank you Dr. Nalani, Arlene, front desk and staff.

If I could give this place 0 stars I 100% would. Let’s just start with no one ever knows what’s going on. They are highly disorganized. And that’s very frustrating when they don’t know what you’re coming in for. Secondly if you have time to waste and nothing better to do with your time be prepared to not be seen at your appointed time. On numerous occasions I would have an appointment and not be seen until an hour after my appointed time which caused me to reschedule because just like Dr lalani my time is money and valuable as well. I have other things to do rather than sit in a dentist office all day.

Upon expressing these concerns to Dr lalani you would think as a professional he would apologize. Nope he decides to go back and forth and tell me he has all this money he doesn’t need my money and he’s not serving me. Because he’s upset that as a paying customer I’m voicing my regards about his establishment he’s running. Very unprofessional and rude and I refuse to give my money to someone who’s of his caliber. The staff he has are nice people. They just need to work on being more organized. But my business will be taking elsewhere where I’m appreciated and my time is valued.

Overall I’ve been dissatisfied with his work for years now. But was too lazy to get a new doctor but this incident just pushed me to start the journey lol. If you can avoid this place as much as possible he’s just a money hungry Indian. Who doesn’t speak English.

Great service! Attentive and caring physicians, willing to assist everyone with their dental needs. The dentist overall is my least favorite doctor however since coming here for the past 3+ year, the service and explanation of each procedure has been exceptional. Dr. Vivar + Dr. Lalani

This is my first time coming here, and I’ll be coming back to get more work done. Dr. Vivar did a great job at fixing my chipped tooth. I’m happy with the result. The front desk staff was polite and friendly. I was also impressed at how polite Dr.

Vivar was towards her assistant while she did my procedure. They worked as a team. My appointment was booked last minute so I had a little wait. But I was in and out the office in good timing. Overall , a good experience.
