This dental practice was great—until the entire office staff changed, including the Dentists. I used to get great service from the previous staff, but the new staff is VERY unprofessional and unorganized. At my most recent cleaning, I was left in the chair waiting 20 minutes past my appointment until the hygienist showed up fashionably late.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance but we received a call within a few hours of her appointment we needed to reschedule due to a sick hygienist. She was rescheduled to the following week by phone. I received reminders of the appointment but never got around to confirming via text or phone, but thought nothing of it because I confirmed when I rescheduled.

When we showed up for the appointment, we informed my daughter was “moved aside” since I didn’t confirm the appointment. Seriously?? Once I got home I realized Dr Purks was sitting at the desk while I expressed my frustration and displeasure with the office and staff and she did not say ONE WORD the entire time—how’s that for customer service and service recovery?? Unbelievable SMH! Needless to say, we WILL NOT return!! I would strongly advise against this place.

They took an hour for X-rays and examination but they was thorough They're too expensive after I didn't agree for the deep cleaning because of the excess amount of money that I had to pay out of pocket when I called afterwards and left messages with a live representative they never returned my call or message me concerning my important question but before then they could call me every moment to answer any questions I had, so it made me feel as though if they're not getting any additional money out of you then they don't really need to respond to you!!!! It's a clean and elegant location that part was good thank you!

Hassan takes time to answer any questions. Their patient’s comfort and quality of care are top priority. I’m grateful to have found such a trustworthy dental practice.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Purks and the entire team at Rivergate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt at ease which is something I rarely say about going to the dentist! The office was clean, modern, and very well-organized. The front desk staff was helpful with scheduling and insurance, and I barely had to wait before being called in. Dr.

Purks took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. They were gentle during the cleaning and thorough during the exam. What I appreciated most was the honesty, no pressure to do unnecessary procedures, just clear recommendations based on my actual dental health. Great Experience!!!
