The service is good, but the front desk person lacks people skills. I called to make an appointment at 4:20 pm, she picked up the phone and proceeds to tell me that the office is closed to call the next day. I would suggest that if the office is closed not to pick up the phone...

Not happy with this office. The first time I was there they had taken me off the appointment & never told us, we had to drive a good hour, then my 3rd appointment they cancelled me &. i made another appointment for Friday at noon they called on Wednesday & left a message saying my appointment was on Thursday at noon so I had to change my schedule, I called them at 11 am to make sure of this appointment, no answer. I left a message them to call me & why i was calling. So now what do I do. . . so i went to my appointment . . . they changed to thursday at noon. . . no one was there doors locked. So we called & called.
. . . someone should be fired. I don't think I should be charged for my cancelled visits and continued schedule changes. There is a 50 dollar charge if I don't show up. . . . what is the fee for them rescheduling or them flat out not showing up to my appointment. . . . 50 dollar credit??

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt after seeing these reviews. It took me about a week to actually be able to get them on the phone for an appointment. Afterwards, I called back multiple times to confirm the time and there was no answer. I left voicemails and never received a call back.

Had this dentist on my hmo plan and tried calling for FOUR DAYS different hours of the day to make an appointment during their work hours and no one answered or returned my call. I saw how terrible the reviews were and called my insurance immediately to switch me.
