I am completely impressed with Dr. Bobbi Cecil and her entire staff. Dr. Cecil is extremely thorough and takes her time with her patients. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Great practice.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this office on 09/18/24. This was my first visit, and I called ahead to inform them that I would be late due to road construction near my home. I was only five minutes away when they called and informed me they could no longer see me that day. (It’s important to note that I drive 40 minutes to reach this office. ) I requested to wait and explained that I really wanted to see the doctor, but they refused and told me I would still be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
I explained that I hadn’t canceled, and that I had communicated my delay, which was beyond my control. There was no mention of this strict policy when I initially scheduled the appointment. The entire experience felt sketchy and unprofessional. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to see a doctor who treats their patients this way.
