Just visited Ridgecrest for the first time with a somewhat emergency issue. Without going into too much detail about the issue itself I'll just mention a few things that made this experience outstanding. Number one was the fact that they heard I was in pain and made an effort to get me in as soon as possible. Next, when I was able to come in, I was very pleased by how clean and modern the office was.
The staff were all extremely professional and pleasant from check-in to check-out. They took their time to make sure I was informed and had my best interest in mind. During the exam, I kind of felt like I was the only patient in the office even though I could tell there were a few other rooms occupied. The doctor wasn't quite sure what was causing my pain but did his best to figure it out with the available resources and narrowed it down quite a bit.
He wanted to get me the care I needed and ultimately decided that a specialist would be better suited to handle my issue. I have much respect to a professional that knows where their expertise ends and another's is required. I'm so glad I found a dentist of this quality!
