Dr Richter has been my dentist for over 25 years and is very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and engaging and there is never a long wait to see the hygienist and dentist. I have been very pleased with Dr Richter and her staff.

If you want to waste half a day in the waiting room, make an appointment! It takes an average 30+ minutes every single time for the hygienist to see me - Even if I am the first appointment. I cannot afford to be late to work or my other commitments because a simple teeth cleaning has to take hours! The dentist and her staff do NOT value me as a patient or a person.

They would rather nap at their desk then even greet me. Find another dentist!

Awesome atmosphere! I always feel welcome and taken care of every time I go to Dr. Richter's office. I have been going to her for all of my life, and love her team of Hygienists! Always satisfied with my pearly whites!
