Oh my when I went into this place they was very rude the owner was a extremely rude place not clean tools on the floor they use for customers mouths I will never go into this dentist office ever again I feel sorry for the people that got treated there. Our community needs better dentist offices in our city.

Not the place I would suggest to anyone. A big waste of time and money. I don't understand how they're still there but then again the place was completely empty when I walked in minus the two workers on facebook. First time I ever went to a dentist that did a teeth clean in 3 minutes. (Then again he only did the exact same thing I do whenever I brush my teeth, just with a bit more force. Gave me a prescription for medicine but didn't explain what it was for or why I have to take it. Ended up going to another dentist and paying out of pocket for everything that Richland Dental was supposed to do.

This guy (Kim Young) is not interested in building with the community or patients. Not once did he look me in my face or establish eye contact when talking or listening. In fact I don't even think he listened to a word I said. He's only there to get the money and go home. No passion for dentistry whatsoever. Completely unprofessional, a huge lack of motivation, boring, lazy and disconnected.
