Dr. Cohen is meticulous; his work on my crowns and bridges is flawless, and he never rushes, taking time to explain every option.

He’s especially great with older patients—my 85-year-old mom now sees him too, and he eases her anxiety with patience and kindness. The hygienists are gentle, the front desk handles insurance smoothly, and they even offer same-day emergency appointments. It’s not just dental care—it’s a relationship built on trust. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unbelievable bad experience. I waited a long time to get my daughter in for a cleaning. When we arrived they demanded to see her ID. She was too young to have one and they said they could not treat her without an ID. I had my ID and her insurance card with the same last name. They wanted to know why she was a different race than me and I told them I adopted her.

They stated I would have to provide a birth certificate and adoption paperwork to prove this. They stated it was possible that I took a random child off the streets of Rochester and brought her in to pose as my daughter so that this child could get free dental care. Unbelievable! Never have I met a professional act this way. Imagine how humiliating it was to my daughter. Never went back.

Went in with my mom joked around. Fist bumped him to try to be friendly and he punched my fist with no warning. Just punched my hand. Pretty inappropriate for a “Dr.”

I went in for a simple cavity filling and firstly he really needs to learn how to administer novocaine effectively and with little pain. I felt every single shot, but I have had many dentist that do this well with minimal pain. It took 5-6 shots to numb my mouth. Overrall, he is nice and welcoming with a little joking around which brightens the mood. After my cavity is filled even months after the filling is sensitive and very shallow.

Sadly, I would not recommend him as a dentist ti anybody. Edit: I forgot to add that my insurance covered something I needed to get done after a root canal and the front desk lady told me it was covered. She told me that she just assumed they didn't. If you ever go here, always check with your insurance to see if they cover what you need done. She guessed!!!!
