Extremely disappointed and disheartened by this dental office. After trusting them with my entire family’s dental care—and my mother spending over $30,000 out of pocket—they’ve made it painfully clear that they see patients as nothing more than dollar signs. We were already concerned about their poor customer service and disorganization. At one point, my mother even showed up for an appointment that the front desk had forgotten to schedule—during a time when she was coming in once or even twice a week for ongoing treatment. But what happened next was the final straw.

Despite the fact that my mother’s routine cleaning is fully covered by her insurance, they refused to see her due to a $200 balance tied to an unresolved extraction claim—one currently under active appeal with her insurance. The office is fully aware of this ongoing process, yet still chose to deny her basic preventative care. What’s worse is that I didn’t come to this practice alone. I followed my trusted hygienist here and brought my entire family with me—five new patients in total. My mother, again, paid over $30,000 shortly after we switched to this office.

That level of commitment and trust clearly meant nothing. It’s incredibly upsetting to now feel forced to cut ties with my amazing hygienist of over 15 years because of this practice’s shameful policy, lack of compassion, and zero loyalty to long-term, paying patients. Be warned.

Kelly was great! The whole staff is great actually. I’ve always had a great experience here. They always answer questions and are very knowledgeable and make your comfortability a priority. They also don’t try to nickle and dime you like other dentist I’ve been too. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone!

The receptionist and staff were awesome. They were curtious and prompt. The doctor was very detailed in explaining my dental plan. I felt very comfortable. The environment was clean and welcoming.

My experience today was amazing. It started as soon as I walked in the door. Tina and Candace were very friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Amber, was a breath of fresh air. She was very warm and handled my cleaning with such care. Dr. Austin did such a great job of being informative for the next steps. I am so glad I took a chance because it was worth it. I’ll be back.
