This place absolutely sucks. They randomly for no reason are “unavailable” during days of the week and are jus overall dodgey. “Dr Remmes” has a phone number to reach him directly for “emergency’s” but obviously never answers. They kept telling me to come back for appointments even tho my teeth were perfectly straight and fixed.
And then once I got the retainer “Dr remmes” even said “oh ah they seem a little loose haha come back in two months if there’s any issue’s” lmao ofc there would be issues THEY DONT FIT! I had to make another appointment so they could actually give my a proper fitting retainer. Whole place is a joke and a HUGE waste of your time and money. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF COMING HERE LIKE I DID😭.

Too rough and shaved my front teeth without my permission, shaved them uneven. I do not recommend, now I’m stuck with a retainer that don’t fit right and uneven teeth.

My kids go here for their braces. Honestly, there are some office issues, specifically being a bit understaffed for the amount of patients they have. However the quality of the work done has been excellent with my kids teeth drastically improving.

Been here many times now as two of my children currently have their Ortho treatments here. The service quick and friendly. Dr. Remmes is always kind and seems to be in a good mood. This is one of few Ortho offices that take Mainecare and I love that they seem to fit in as many patients as possible but are always happy and helpful. Very please with every visit we’ve had.
