I was reviewing a place to take my kids and just by seeing how you treat people because they give you negative reviews, it is not something I would want to deal with in person. You should be trying to turn a negative into a positive or reassure someone your practice/service is good - not say they are lying or why they choose to write a review years later. Also, my advice to you is to quit copying and pasting stuff you find online to make it seem like you know how to respond to people. If you read the guys comment - he said the lady that worked on his children were RUDE meaning this so called lady didn't comfort and ease his daughter into whatever she was doing. Also, stated that her attitude got worst because his daughter wasn't happy.
This doesn't justify your practice to get upset towards a child. Yes!!! We all know there are special centers for little children because of sedation options. That wasn't the point - see you just copied and pasted garbage from the internet. The point of his review was no one treated his kids nicely and tried to soothe them to help make the situation better. You are a dentist and you treat kids - learn some techniques and be friendly or find a hole and work there.
I will take my kids else where - thank you for showing us your true side on the internet. P. S just because someone says Orthodontist that doesn't mean it's not your place - people choose wrong description or words. I like how you said it's not your practice like people are stupid and don't know the name or address where the went to. ha

WARNING TERRIBLE. The orthodontist is OBVIOUSLY not a people's person she Just doesn't have that "welcome" polite attitude it's more like a dull how are you n that's about it. No conversation, doesn't ask questions l, show concern, seem like she doesn't care in general. But I let her clean my teeth n get a few fillings. The teeth cleaning part was okay except the little sharp pocks she did with that metal pointy metal utensil. But I let it slide and went the back there to get the first set off feelings and that went okay.
So I thought maybe she isn't so bad. . WRONG!! I went back there the following week for the second set of filings. Long story short after she numbed my mouth she starts to drill the filling l, then out of nowhere it seemed like the drill slipped off my tooth and drill into my tongue. I was shocked and in disbelief as she stopped and immediately said to me "you suppose to keep your tongue down why would you move your tongue around while I'm drilling you tooth. .
!" I KNOW for a FACT I didn't move my tongue ( even though half of my mouth is numb and the assistant suppose to push my tongue down with a utensil because of our tongue natural reflexes!!!!!!) I wish I could post pictures of my tongue. . .

Me and my family have been with Dr. Rouzana Hares for the last 20-25 years. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the dentist was honest and straight forward. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. I felt very welcome here and I am happy to have found such a wonderful dentist.... would highly recommend to anyone!!!
