Thank you to the young lady that took the pictures of my teeth and Ms. Erica . You two are the best. You both were so caring and down to earth showing empathy and concern. Dr. Tokatly was the total opposite in a very negative manner.

She made me feel like a object not a human person with feelings. Try to have a little compassion when you are working with your patients. Some cone in with high anxiety, negative past experiences and health issues. Do a better job when you encounter these situations with patients. Have some empathy !
