Was told I had to wait for an oral surgeon to extract a tooth. Waited 2 months for the DENTIST to extract a tooth that was NOT bothering me at the time. The oral surgeon was suppose to extract the broken tooth that did not have a root canal. Could not give me a reason why she pulled the tooth she did. The way she took out the wrong tooth, knocked off the crown on the tooth next to it. .

The kindest and most compassionate staff! Can't recommend them highly enough. I had a tooth extracted and need two more and the dentist was so gentle and patient and did such a great job. Feeling extremely grateful.

The medical clinic upstairs is great but the dental clinic receptionist is very unwelcoming and lacks the friendliness required for that position. I have come in twice and she never says hi or smiles. I work in retail and if I interacted with customers that way I would not have my job for long. I am from LA and have worked all over Latin America.
I now work with immigrants and refugees and speak Spanish French and Portonol. In my work with immigrants and refugees I refer them to the medical clinic but not the dental clinic because I don’t them to have the same cold and unfriendly reception that I have had when they have the courage to go to a dentist. Hopefully they can find sometime for that position who is a better fit because immigrant and refugees deserve better.
