Ok, well obviously getting a root canal is NOT something you want to do the day after you get back from vacation but that is unfortunately what I had to do. I also had to pay out of pocket because my insurance did not cover a retreat [had to fix an old root canal from yesteryear] Given all of that-- I STILL had a really great experience. Victoria + co were super knowledgeable so I understood the upfront costs and helped me with signing up for care credit. Becky was incredibly sweet and calmed my nerves.
Dr Velardi was gentle and explained everything as he was doing it, which always makes me feel comfortable. Even at the consult he made me feel really informed so that I knew WHY I needed the retreat. Would I recommend getting a root canal? Obviously not, but would I recommend going to Dr. Velardi if you do need one? Yes!

Not sure how many people rave about having a root canal but trust me this place is where you should be if you need one. The moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism and great customer service by the ladies working the front desk. The office staff made you feel at ease and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Velardi and his assistant were amazing and kept me informed on everything they were doing. Making me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I have to say especially in today's world what a breath of fresh air to be treated like someone important.
Plus, my root canal was a success oh. . . & no pain. Thank you all for a great experience.

I am a very anxious dental patient who just had a remarkable root canal experience with Dr Velardi. Everything I worried about beforehand never happened thanks to his expertise and gentle calming manner. He explained everything throughout the process and it was COMPLETLY PAINLESS. His assistant Anna was so kind and made the experience comfortable with her reassurance and gentle touch.
I am so thankful to have the pain gone and I feel great! Thank you for everything you did for me Dr Velardi you are truly the very best and I highly recommend anyone needing your help to call and make an appointment. Barbara at the front desk fit me in right away and she was so kind as I waited to go in. Thank you for everything and for making what I was afraid of into a successful happy procedure. ,

He and his genuinely concerned staff envelope you in concern from prompt scheduling to leaving no stone unturned in meeting your immediate needs, and getting to the core etiology of your dental issue. I can’t say enough words to express my gratitude in knowing this office is top shelf. . my only regret is I can not clone him for my other medical specialists!
