Save your time and money …. . this offices equipment is definitely outdated I would say that’s an understatement….
I left there feeling rushed and poorly treated by staff …I sat at the counter waiting for a while because staff was chatting in back…. overall not an enjoyable experience and I am experiencing way more pain afterwords then with my pervious experience getting a Root Canal with a different dentist office.

Dr. Copeland has ignored resolution to a issue and his staff has not followed up to resolving full payment just to get my only negative credit removed even agreeing to disagree on his Root Canal getting pulled 3 weeks later . Years later I still have this coming up and its not that big of an issue but its my goal to have people avoid this due to moral foundation. His staff assured me it could be resolved and yet that was six months ago and no follow up.
If you read reviews at all 3 of his locations you will see a pattern. Sad that people have to spend time on issues like this. Yet I am built a facebook page to see if others have had similar experience . Search:copelanddentaloch

I am not the most comfortable person with dentists and was very concerned about my Root Canal. I have to say, Dr. Ray was absolutely painless!!! Plus...what an amazing chair-side manner. Made me feel very comfortable, told some really bad old jokes, but what an amazing experience. Highly recommend Dr. Ray.
