Was referred here by my dentist for a consultation for a specialize procedure. Two weeks trying to set an appointment, but "Shirley" cannot confirm my existence with the insurance company. Yet when I (three) 3-way call my insurance today myself, they confirm instantly and were willing to fax immediately my full policy. Yet, she was still rude and frankly, just racist in my opinion to the polite foreign insurance service rep.

This is very unprofessional and unacceptable and I interjected into the conversation and just let her know I did not appreciate her lack of professionalism and manners and to cancel my appoint and don't worry about confirming my existence with insurance company. I will let my dentist know about this so they don't refer any more customers to them, and if not then I will find a new dentist also. I will be contacting my insurance to see if I can get a copy of the telephone conversation. We don't have to use our hard earn money or let our insurance pay to these types of people or offices.

There are other places we can bring our business to where we will be appreciated and respected.

Thank you for bringing my smile back in more ways than one. Despite living in the Caribbean, Dr Cook was highly recommended, so I felt compelled to make the journey. I actually met with several other dental practitioners, including Clear Choice. Without a doubt, Dr Cook and his very able team never stopped making me feel comfortable, appreciated and valued. The quality, due care and attention of my first set of examinations, to the ease of talking through my treatment plan, pricing and after care was and continues to be second to none.

Their warmth and approachability allowed me to ask questions and to call to speak directly to someone as and when I felt the need. So with a little trepidation on my part but with confidence, any fears I had melted away and when the big day came my surgery was successful and I felt little discomfort over the following days. I can't tell you all the difference this entire experience has made in my life. I am happy to put name to this review .

I was referred to Dr Cook via my dentist for work on my gums. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted as a valued client even though it was my first time. Excellent! The peri assistant greeted me and prepared me for my appt with enthusiasm and a willingness to be there. That is not always the case in medical / dental practices. Then it was time to meet Dr Cook and it was like meeting an old friend. His demeanor and positivity was off the charts and appreciated.

Dr Cook explained the procedure and timeline which was helpful. The actual procedure took about 15 min and the pain was almost non existent. When I got home and shared my experience with my wife, she informed me that Dr Cook worked on her teeth as well. Her experience was similar to mine so there you go. I hope I don’t have to go back too often but not because the experience was bad but because my dental health is on a good track thanks to Dr Cook.
