I wish this had a no star option! I have been going to this dentist for years and I have a molar that broke and got infected so I called to see about extracting it and quoted me over 700 dollars for it! The lady was VERY RUDE when I tried to ask questions, and to make sure I didn't treat her the way she was me I said I'll figure something out and hung up. Waited 20 minutes called back to talk to the other lady that is an actual decent human being "Tera" she kept putting me on hold and just transferred me back to the rude lady and they said because I "hung up" on her they are deactivating me as a patient.
I hate this because I don't feel like I deserved treatment like that! I am in so much pain from an infection and they just pretty much gave me the middle finger and said we don't care ! I'll be sure to share this experience! And wont be bringing my kids back either!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Randy and his staff. Very friendly and professional. Made sure I understood everything. I have been to many dentist but this is the first dentist I actually trust and have felt comfortable with. A+++ Dentist!!

Terrible and unprofessional. I've been to a few different dentists and have heard the total opposite of what he told me. He told me my only option was to pull all my teeth and get dentures then proceeds to tell me he won't be the one pulling them because he, and I quote, "gets tired". Then laughed in my face about losing my teeth at 25.
I went in to get a broken tooth pulled but instead he examined my entire mouth then tells me he's not going to pull my tooth because we needed to have a "game plan" first. Even my mother has told me horror stories about going to him as a child. Would rather yank my tooth out with pliers than go back there.

Went in to get in office bleaching, because he is the only one around my area that does it, I was told I had several cavities (old cavities that have been filled and unchanged for years, he failed to get my previous X-rays) & he HAD to fix them all immediately, he filled one, it was the worst dental experience I have ever had. A week later I went to my other dentist due to throbbing pain and had to get a root canal or extraction on that tooth, so I did the extraction.
Will not be back, very disappointed.
