Dr Randel is thorough and detailed in all the work he does. He's a perfectionist in the best senses of the word. He carefully explains procedures, options and concerns. Michelle at the front desk is always welcoming, ready with a greeting and a smile.

She is knowledgeable about billing and procedures and easily answers any questions. The hygienists and other staff members are wonderful, always calming, cheerful and providing excellent care. This practice should be a model for others to follow, a place where the patient feels valued, well cared for and welcomed!

Dr. Randel, his team of hygenists, and Michelle the receptionist are highly skilled, kind, thorough, and attentive. I've never experienced any pain during a procedure. And if I feel even the slightest bit of discomfort, Dr. Randel and his hygenists re-adjust their positions to ensure I feel fine. With a routine x-ray, Dr.

Randel caught an infection early (I was experiencing no pain) and gave a great recommendation to an endodontist for a root canal. Thanks to him and Dr. Hsiao at Endodontics Limited, the infection was stopped and the dead nerve removed before it could cause any issues. Dr. Randel has also fixed some chipped teeth. You can't even tell that part of the tooth is fake! I never have issues getting an appointment.

If you're at the office for a routine cleaning, they'll make sure to schedule another one for six months later while you're there. I was able to get an appointment the day after I started experincing what I thought was a dental emergency (everything ended up fine) and a week after the first time one of my teeth chipped (I was really worried that the tooth had become brittle and would keep breaking). Michelle always sends me a reminder the day before an appointment, which I greatly appreciate.

Dr. Randell was the 3rd consultation I received regarding some work to get done. The first 2 highly respected doctors offered to do the work(for an arm, a leg, and my first-born). Dr. Randel was the only one who offered me options.

He took the time to implement a real bedside manner, finding out what was important to me cosmetically and informing what was not necessary to do. Thrilled to find a doctor with whom I have the utmost confidence. His staff was also very warm and friendly.
