This place has went completely down hill. I was told that I would get a call back from them, and 1 week passes by. I call them to let them know that I have yet to receive a call, the lady tells me “well the lady must have been busy I have a patient in front of me now I can’t schedule you an appointment yet, we’ll have to give you a call.
” This place hasn’t been the same since Tasha left she had this place completely up and running. The lady at the front desk customer service now isn’t worth a damn thing.

Went to her years back worked traveling I had a gap the military inserted a single bridge beautiful for 10 years. One day it fell out. Needed it inserted back right away Rainge took me in. She told me there was a better way to fix the problem never stating how she was going to fix the problem. This lady filed my perfect 2 front teeth down to do a triple bridge. I hated the way it made me look could not get a date for over 3 years. I went to a thief dentist they told me they usually don’t say you should have sued her, yet they did. If anything she should have gave me braces instead going to that extreme.
That lady messed my mouth up for life. The VA has been trying to fix her mess 2 times have to do it again still not right. Wanted to sue wS told to stand in line. Lots of people is suing. Why you don’t hardly see anyone there. She is only out for money. I really do believe these are friends giving a 5 rating if not name time and date.

I am so disappointed with the services provided by this place of business. I have known Dr. Rainge for more than a decade and the service used to be top-notch. No one answers the phone and the documents that were asked for I never received as promised.

Front desk Secretary is EXTREMELY unprofessional! She lacks basic customer service skills. This use to be an awesome dental office, but now it's just horrible. They will book you an appointment for 8:30, and not even be there to open their own office until 9:15 then heffah at the receptionist desk would have the audacity to get an attitude when you ask her why are they booking clients before they even open.
Over 20yrs and I won't be back.
