My hygienist Hannah was fantastic! She was very kind and explained everything. She was very gentle and done a great job! The doctor who done my exam was also very kind as well.

They’re nice people but the girl who helped my dentist was very flirty towards him, which made me uncomfortable and she kept getting distracted and pulling on my lip for no reason. She said some very judgmental things in my room while I waited on my crown. While it wasn’t directed at me, its not professional to be saying those types of things in that setting. “People shouldn’t be having kids in their 30s they’re too old….
” She also didn’t talk to me or say goodbye when I was talking to her. Overall, she came across as immature and insensitive.

My experience at Radford Dental has been excellent!! The 2 hygienists I have seen were very pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently switched to Dr Bell and would highly recommend Radford Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
