I was going in for an issue from a Root Canal and of course was more anxious than ever. The procedure was going to be totally different, pull back the gum, go through the bone etc etc. Allison was Dr. Coe’s assistant and I could not have asked for a better person to be there with me during this procedure. She just showed so much optimism and really explained in detail exactly what he would be doing. Dr. Coe is so focused on what he is doing.

He is in there to get the job done and do it right. He drilled through the bone and did a bone buildup. I had a lot of Novacaine, but I can honestly tell you when the Novacaine wore off, I had zero pain. I took a Tylenol and a couple of ibuprofen one time and that was it. I have to say my experience was a good one.

I had high dental anxiety and Dr. Coe gave me a painless Root Canal! His assistant Tamia was wonderful to me also. The only pain I felt was when my lips were pressed really hard during the procedure - which I don't think was intentional. Could be that what I had done required a lot of pressure.

Nevertheless, I had no problems afterwards. They are a good team, and they were warm and kind to me. Wish I could have them for regular dentist appts.

Dr Carpenter and staff were wonderful! They got me in right away. Front office staff explained all of my costs in detail upfront, the doctor shared CTScan and explained everything about my condition – very professional, very helpful, and very thorough! They made me feel extremely comfortable!

If your dentist wants to send you to an Endodontist, look no further than Queen City. The entire staff creates a great atmosphere. The quality of care in explaining the what and why of what was going on was excellent. The dental technician was professional and funny at the same time.

And there is, of course, the exceptional work of the endodontist. Considering how difficult it was to even get to the root, let alone repair it, it was the best Root Canal experience ever.
