I started researching offices around Westchester where I can comfortably send my parents to when I am not around making sure that they are OK during their visits … I needed to find an office where I knowI can trust the Dentist/ Doctor and his staff. Qsmiles is the one. Thank Goodness… I know that this office is not just another uncaring place that makes you feel like a number. Dr. Quho Choi and his staff Are Fantastic All The Dentist there are Professional Personable and Talented. I am grateful and extremely excited to share this wonderful office and its staff with all of my Sleepy Hollow and Westchester, friends and family. I wrote this review to help all those in need of a Wonderful Office that you can trust when taking great care of your with teeth , smile and no your health. All of your dentistry needs in one office. I would like to say that just walking into the office it’s lovely and clean and comfortable. And in the waiting room, they have their milling machine which produces crowns right in the same office, which is absolutely fantastic. No middleman no waiting time … that’s an asset to have in this office.

The women upfront are cheerful friendly and welcoming. Amanda, she’s the one to talk to when having questions about insurance or Treatment Plans she is very informative and helpful when guiding you through the steps to take when becoming a new patient. She is professional and very kind and comfortable to talk to. She really goes out of her way to take the time to explain the best steps for the patient when setting up your appointment and how to utilize your insurance. You don’t really come across too many front desk or office managers that have a real sense of Respect and Responsibility for Family let alone New patience to a new office. On my father‘s first day there he saw Gina. She is one of the hygienist there, and she was absolutely meticulous on getting my dad in shape for his upcoming dental treatment. She was very polite and made my dad feel comfortable in the chair and was gentle and professional and very kind. And last, but not least I really have to give five stars across-the-board for Dr. Pamela Schoenberg and her assistant !! They worked very well together and really did an outstanding job with my father‘s treatment, including a couple of difficult extractions that Dr. Pam really took her time with while also making sure dad was always comfortable while under her care.

So far in the handful of visits, my father is a happy patient. I am a happy daughter and soon my mom will also be a happy patient. I’ve just transferred her over to this office too. I cannot recommend The Office of “ Qsmiles “ enough. I’ve been in the business for many years. I’m comfortable in recommending this office because during my years of dentistry I’ve learned many things. I learned to recognize quality work from horrible lazy work. Take it from me…I know a wonderful dentist when I can clearly see the work that they take time to produce. And of course bedside manner to our senior patients is everything ! Thanks to everyone at Qsmiles we will share our experience through friends and family.
