Beware of these 5 star reviews because they are not true at all. I had been going to Q Smile Quincy for several years out of convenience and it turns out that a major diagnosis was missed which is necessitating surgery at this point because it was not caught and addressed earlier. When I called them to request a referral to the specialist, I was told that I needed to go to the Randolph location to see the Dentist despite my recent X-rays and cleaning just a few weeks ago. I drove 45 minutes to Randolph for the scheduled appointment time to have the extremely curt man at the window suddenly taking my picture without letting me know before doing so or asking permission then he proceeded to ask me why I was there several times. I drove over 45 minutes in traffic and apparently had no appointment? This person was very curt and I will never return to this business again.

I caution others to run from this business. I have a very costly surgery in my near future. Don't be me.

Rude, disrespectful, incompetent, conniving are just a few words to briefly describe the people who run this place. Every time I or my mother came in for an appointment, they would always greet us with a rude unwelcoming attitude. There's a bald guy who often works the front desk. He's extremely rude and never seem to have his marbles together. He doesn't even bother to look at you when talking to you. Trying to understand and comprehend his anger induced gibberish is really nerve wrecking each time. They always look flustered, disorganized, and confused.

Yet, they're always able to send out numerous texts for services that they said we need. There were many occasions where they would unreasonably let us wait for half an hour or more past our scheduled appointment time, even when the place was empty. They incorrectly scheduled us on several occasions, even for the wrong procedure. No dental office works like this. It's literally like pulling teeth whenever we need to inquire about our charges, appointments, or have any questions. You get a dirty look, a raunchy attitude, followed by miscommunications after miscommunications on their part. Then they have the nerve to get aggressive, yell, and find vague ways to blame you for not understanding them.

Unbelievable. After seeing how they respond to other patient's complaints, they clearly have issues. A terrible experience is an understatement. Avoid here unless this is the last place on the planet.

Extremely bad business practice. They do not care for their patients at all. Look at the hard night guards I got. . . compare it with any google image. I had a night guard that was customized to my teeth which was done by a completely new dental assistant.

Now that it does not fit, the dental office is completely unwilling to work with me to make sure it fits. God forbid their "doctor's" hours do not make sense for your schedule. They have weekend hours however because my "doctor" does not work weekends, I cannot come by to have my night guard adjusted just because "other doctors do not want to work with patients that are not theirs". This is this practice's way of refusing correcting their mistakes. 100% Would not recommend this practice.
