The times I have visited Pure Smiles feels like family. Dr Casado is very patient, professional, explains about your dental problem so well. Raul, the hygienist, always makes sure you’re comfortable while doing his and willing to answer any concerns you may have. Since the moment you come in, you do feel welcome. I’m so glad I found them!

It's a pleasure coming to Pure Dental Smiles One the receptionist Rachael is so pleasant and always address you with your name and a smile even it's through a phone call and Raul is so customer friendly and very professional at what he does. I was referred her by a co worker and I was glad I did because I now resided in Orlando and I will not be changing my Dentist I will make the journey her because of the level of service I received and currently receiving. This dental office is amazing. They treated me with kindness and they were very courteous. They help Mr call my insurance and made the experience seamless and easy. Raul was amazing on the deep clean and super professional. The dental office was clean an all the staff were friendly. I believe I found my new dentist in North Miami Beach.
