Dr. Smith and his team always give great care. Diane, the hygienist, took the time to do a through examination and cleaning. Prices are always fair. I highly recommend!

I've been a patient here for years, and visited many times, so it's about time I left a review. Years ago, I was always nervous about seeing a dentist, and one of several things that attracted me to this one was that they offer sedation dentistry. I have never needed it, but it's nice just knowing it's an option. Unless I'm having some major procedure done, I no longer feel the anxiety level I used to feel. Not here.

Dr Smith, Stephanie, Jesse, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and pleasant to me, and even when something major is being done, such as an implant or a root canal, both of which I've had here, I always feel like I'm in good hands. I even remember after the root canal wondering why it's such an iconic phrase for suffering. Maybe once, and maybe other places, but it wasn't for me here. So while it's not like visiting a friend for pizza and a movie --- there are naturally minor discomforts with any dentist, like sometimes having to hold your mouth open or sit in a chair for a long time, or the numbing sensation, when necessary --- I've been consistently more comfortable and calm here, with these folks, than at any of three previous locations, going back decades. They use a number of technologies that are more modern than my last dentist, both for dental work (like a machine that makes crowns in house,) and for associated patient comfort (for example Wi-Fi, and a TV over the chair for the patient to watch).

Technology aside, Dr Smith and his assistants also show more care then I had usually received from others. I'm reminded that just yesterday, I told my hygienist that when she inserts those plates in my mouth for x-rays, they never hurt (dig into the roof of my mouth, for example) like they had with previous dentists. And in a couple dozen visits, I can't recall a single time when I felt a gag reflex, as I often did with a previous dentist. Whether these improvements are due to advancements in dentistry or the quality of this staff (likely both), for these and other reasons, I'm willing to drive 40 minutes from home each way, when there are surely at least half a dozen closer ones.

Dr. Smith explains procedures very well. Dr. Smith's team is incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Smith's office is clean and well organized which made me feel at ease.
