I have had a few root canals and this was by far the easiest. Office staff was pleasant and courteous. They accepted my dental insurance and informed me well in advance of my copay. Dr. Martel explained the procedure, going through it step by step. The whole thing was fast and pain free.

I felt like they were aware that there was a person attached to the tooth and this had not been my experience with other endodontists. She also took the time to question the referral from my dentist as it turned out the secretary from my dentist’s office had identified the wrong tooth for the Root Canal. Dr. Martel sorted it out. If I ever need another root canal it’s going to be with Dr. Martel!

This office is wonderful! You are made to feel completely at ease from the moment you walk through their door. I especially appreciate the countdown-breathing technique the doctor uses when administering the numbing needle. As someone with anxiety, it's extremely helpful. A more hidden detail is the way staff interact with each other. Everyone's tone is respectful, calm, and caring.

Getting a follow-up call from them after procedures is another area in which this office displays their fantastic bedside manner. I was extremely nervous about having a Root Canal, but the entire staff here made my experience quick, easy & comfortable. Thank you.
