Dr. Silvestri heads a wonderful team of dental professionals. His spouse, Lori, is welcoming and fun to visit with in his office. Her dog dresses for the seasons and adds to the warm welcome. Kay, one of their dental hygienists, cleaned my teeth six months ago and suggested that I try a Water Pic which uses a spray to clean the gum line. Kay suggested that I add a small capful of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide which bubbles when sprayed and increases the effectiveness of the Water Pic's deep cleaning. For years, I have had deep pockets in my gum line. My previous dental provider recommended that I floss and brush more carefully, which I did religiously. During previous dental work, my gums would bleed and were not a healthy pink color.
(The previous provider told me nothing more than flossing and brushing could be done to ameliorate the problem. ) Never, until Dr. Silvestri's staff recommended the Water Pic, had I been told about using a Water Pic to reduce my deep gum pockets. Food would collect in the gums of my lower molars that measured at level eight with the probe. After just six months following Kay's recommendation, that pocket has reduced to a level five with my other pockets going to a three. I did not have any gum bleeding, and my gums were a more healthy color. This is great dentistry! Dr. Silvestri has personally been key in improving my overall health additionally. I had a medical procedure scheduled, and my previous dentist did not provide the necessary dental clearance for my surgery.
I visited Dr. Silvestri, and he did the proper examination and provided dental procedures so my surgery could proceed. Overall, I have never received such professional dental care from any other dentist and their staff as I have with Dr. Kenneth Silvestri. I highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Silvestri and encourage you to visit his team and have Dr. Silvestri provide your dental care.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dr Silvestri did a fantastic job with my crowns. I knew they were going to look great because he came so highly recommended, but they looked even better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend Dr Silvestri to anybody looking to get high quality dental work done. Five stars.

Without Question, Dr. Kenneth Silvestri is 'Tops' in the Prosthetic Dental field! I have been a patient of Dr. Silvestri for many years. He has corrected a number of dental challenges involving both crowns and implants giving me the beautiful smile I have today, and have enjoyed in both my professional, and personal life.
He is a caring individual and his attention to detail is unsurpassed. His office and technical staff are remarkably well versed in their areas of expertise, pleasant and helpful. Highly Recommended.

I am a veteran that was sent to Dr. Silvestri to have two front teeth put on my implants that were Put in by the VA Approximately 2 1/2 years ago last week I was eating, and my front teeth fell out to my surprise. I called the VA and went to the dentist and found that Dr. Silvestri put a bridge on the front of my mouth instead of using my implants. From what was told to me, he used teeth eight and 11 to support two artificial teeth in spots nine and 10 . I ended up with the K on one of the teeth use on the bridge and my teeth fell out.
I called the office with my anger. I have to find he did not use my implants and they had no explanation. . I asked my dentist at the VA and they had no idea why he did not use the implant to gain installed in my guns not happy with their service whatsoever. He didn’t follow through on what the VA sent me for and they didn’t understand why never use them again very angry
