I had an excellent appt. today. They were very professional and caring. He talked me through each phase of my root canal so I knew what to expect and made sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. It happened to be Inauguration Day and when he lowered back my chair there was a TV on the ceiling, I didn't miss a thing!

I didn’t want to write this but here it goes I went to see this dentist as a referral from my dentist. I do see a periodontist and I understand how my teeth are that they need maintenance and I need extractions my periodontist said no root canals . I went to appease my general dentist when I got to the office, of course they charged me a $50 fee which I did pay. I was able to take x-rays and as soon as the dentist walked in, he was atrociously shocked at my teeth. He kept saying oh my God oh my god do you know what periodontist disease is? Yes, I know I have been through it for many years.

I’m sure he’s pretty good on what he does and I appreciate the honest opinion. However, his bedside manner was very poor and said he could do a root canal which is not guaranteed and it would be a waste of money . I understand completely I wasn’t looking for a root canal and knew exactly what the outcome is. He guaranteed it was not going to work. I was going to please my dentist I will never go back to him and besides, he wanted me to pay a certain amount of money for CT scan which I already know what he’s gonna say so.

It’s not treatable It’s not about the money or the procedure . It’s about the bedside manner that he presented and besides his practice is very far away from my home don’t think that we were a good fit. A sidenote, please don’t judge your patience mouth.

My husband had been dealing with severe pain for several years- he recently had serious pain for the last week, and we scheduled a last minute consultation. The doctor was very thorough in his treatment plan, explained every step of the process and gave us best and worst case scenarios.

He was able to squeeze in the last minute root canal, and even provided references for where to see general care afterwards. Great experience, changed my husband's life in under an hour!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience given the procedure I had. All my nervousness was taken away by the doctors ability to patiently explain the condition and what needs to be done, also kudo to the amazing assistant. Highly recommended 🙏🏻👍🏻
