The doctor is friendly, as is the staff. It makes for a relaxed atmosphere. I had to wait a little longer than I would've liked, but that's what happens when you're a last minute appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Pigott for over 20 years and the experience is great each time. Dr. Pigott has a very pleasant bed side manner and is very easy to communicate with. The staff is great as well. I would highly recommend this practice!

I'm updating my review as Dr. Sidney Pigott is not working at this present time due to personal matters. I just came back from an Endodontist who had to do an emergency root canal on a tooth. Not only did Dr Pigott's fill in office staff brush me off because they had no one filling in the day I needed someone to assist, but my bigger concern is that my endodontist just informed me a different tooth that Dr Milford (Dr Pigott's temporary replacement) filled 3 months ago is "cracked, slipping, and full of decay. " My cavity was done improperly and must now be completely redone. While Dr Milford explained upon filling that cavity it could also be a root canal, my actual Endodontist said it is NOT.
The bigger concern is how poorly the cavity was cleaned out and filled. More alarming? I informed Dr Milford and his office months ago after that tooth was filled that it didn't feel "right," I still had pain, and it looked exactly the same as prior to when I went in to have it filled. He told me it was "good to go. " IT WAS, IT IS NOT. I know need to rush to get a cavity redone, CORRECTLY, before it is ALSO a root canal. I think Dr Pigott would be ashamed of how this fill in staff treats their patients, from the lack of compassion from the office admins to the shoddy work I paid for.
I no longer recommend this office- not unless AND until the original dentist returns. My endodontist knows Dr Pigott and agreed this is not the work he normally would provide. shame on this office. You completely let Dr Pigott down.
