Prime Smile West lives up to its name—this is dental care at its best. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, and what keeps me coming back is their blend of modern tech and personal touch. Dr. Lee uses 3D scans for checkups, which means no goopy impressions, and explains results with easy-to-understand visuals. The office is sleek but cozy, with a waiting area that feels more like a café than a clinic.
My recent teeth whitening treatment was quick, painless, and gave amazing results—friends keep asking what I did. The staff is on top of reminders and works magic with insurance, always finding ways to maximize coverage. They even offer evening appointments, which fit my work schedule perfectly. It’s dental care that’s efficient, effective, and surprisingly pleasant.

I recently had an appointment at Prime Dentist that was extremely frustrating and left me feeling that my time was wasted. I brought my child in because they were experiencing tooth pain, but the visit did not go as I had hoped. Initially, the dentist reviewed previous X-rays from another dental provider but claimed they weren’t visible enough to make a proper assessment. Rather than looking for alternative solutions or suggesting other options, I was told that I needed to pay out of pocket for new X-rays, even though the previous dental office had provided relevant images.
When I inquired further, the dentist mentioned that they were a different company and would not accept the earlier X-rays. This left me feeling not only confused but also frustrated, considering my child’s discomfort. It’s disappointing to see a lack of empathy or concern for the patient’s situation. Overall, I expected better service and care, especially when seeking help for a child in pain.
I do not recommend this dental practice based on my experience.
