If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out, told us insurance would only cover 2 so we all agreed that they would ONLY pull the worst 2. They pulled all 4 and tried to bill for over $1200. The day of her appointment before we left I told them she is prone to cellulitis and MERSA asked for an antibiotic and they said NO.
Next day she was in the ER and then Intensive care for over a week with MERSA. STAPH and Cellulitis in her face. Called the office while in the hospital and all they would say is just keep us informed and it's not our fault. They almost killed my daughter so absolutely we will not give them a dime!

I WILL NOT BE BACK I went in expecting to just pay a co pay, for a consultation, because we have insurance, well come to find out they no longer bill insurance or they are out of network but they took my insurance info, not sure why they needed it if they aren't going to bill them. I didn't find out till after the consultation that I have to pay for it all out of my pocket and then some how get reimbursed for it from my insurance. I have never heard this before I wish I would have just found a reputable surgeon a little further out.
MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR IN FOR BEFORE YOU GO OR JUST FIND SOMEONE ELSE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE UPDATE:Just talked to my dentist office they confirmed that premier didn't even get ahold of them for my x-ray, so when they told me they couldn't use the x-ray they lied because they didn't even have it or have it sent over, infact while I was on the phone to my dentist office they called to get the referral which they should have had last night. They told me they couldn't see me without a referral so they were supposed to call my dentist before we began the consultation. she came back and said they had the referral but couldn't use the x-ray, so now I'm on the hook for the x-ray thay didn't have to take on top of having to come out of pocket for everything which I should have been told up front, I would have never went to them if i had known this.
This shoud be illegal.

Staff and physician are very professional, friendly and efficient. They make an unpleasant procedure tolerable. Won't hesitate to recommend this office, they're great.

I would definitely recommend this office. Had a very evasive oral surgery with Dr Steve Nechvatal and he is a tooth fairy! He extracted 2 very deeply impacted wisdom teeth. I was scared of what I would go through afterward. And honestly had zero pain. A lot of swelling, bruising and soreness which is totally expected.
I never experienced any pain. I never had to take a pain pill. Dr Nechvatal is definitely an expert in his field. All of the office girls are so nice and very helpful also.
