100% Disappointed. I spoke to 2 people and explained that I needed a tooth extraction. When I got there (24 Jun), they told me (after my 7th X-Ray in June) the dentist who was there didn't do extractions. They offered to send me to another facility in Oakwood for an extraction on Friday. They said the girl that scheduled me was a temp. But, I talked to more than one person. I hate to be lied to.

As a doctor myself, I can appreciate the little things that other offices provide. Jerri is always so welcoming and informative. Jessica is always caring and efficient with her treatment. Dr. Lauren is without question the best dentist I have been to! I bring my entire family to this place. Highly recommend!
