This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff is amazing! The experience was spectacular! The dentist is outstanding! More than 5 stars! WOW! I don’t like to get my teeth cleaned because of the pain it causes. I let my hygienist know about by apprehension and she was beautiful! She took her time and was so gentle. Dr. LaJean Morrow-Smith is beautiful inside and out! Her honesty and kindness was greatly appreciated. She was knowledgeable and I trust her.
My teenage daughter was also seen. She was treated with kindness and respect. Her experience was wonderful as well. I’m so happy that I was given the opportunity to experience such a wonderful dental practice.

While there were some initial issues with communication and billing that left me frustrated, I believe it’s important to acknowledge when a business makes a genuine effort to make things right. Dr. LaJean Morrow handled the situation with professionalism, sincerity, and integrity. She clearly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.
That said, some of the staff could benefit from adopting the same level of care and attentiveness that Dr. Morrow demonstrates. Mistakes were made, but I appreciate the resolution and the respect shown throughout the follow-up.

I met LaJean after relocating here through my work and found her practice to be the absolute best dentist choice I could find in Greensboro! The Team supporting her practice is accommodating, caring and they follow up on what they say they will do. You wont go wrong with Dr LaJean Morrow.
