Staff was professional and courteous, I didn't have to wait for service, which felt like I was being treated like a v. i. p. , in the end I was shown my plan and done so in a manner that allowed me to come to my own conclusion, that I wish I had the funds then and there, to complete a great experience and get my implants process begun. All in all, it was cool to get the precision company vibe, thanks for treating me like a new customer. .

Can’t say enough! The staff is so friendly and informed, truly professional about their careers! The Doctor has shown as much interest and respect for his patients as much as his desire and love for his occupation! I will definitely say that Precision Dental has taken Dentistry to a whole new level! Highly recommend them!!!

Nice website, way better than the dental practice. In sum, bad computerized implant gap measuring equipment, bad judgment, bad work, bad outcome. And your first impression upon driving up to the place (or reviewing limited hours or odd deposit requirements due to excessive cancellations) speaks for itself. I got an oddball implant installation in the first place, then the crown and abutment failed. The computer equipment did not measure for the new implant size despite at least 5 failed efforts to get it to measure right when I was in the chair for the measurement, but the dentist forged ahead anyway once he thought it worked well enough, but then the implant they made (in-house I was told) was the wrong size and the adjoining teeth (and implant?) had to be grinded on to make room, that should not happen, and the implant ended up being installed in two pieces, one on top of another, with a seam (ever heard of that??) and then the post of the implant broke off a short while afterwards anyway.

They blame the implant post maker and say it happened to someone else too. But it is not the best choice for the supplier for the implant post. This place uses/used an Argon implant system that most in this region do not use, and it is not as good as what others use (post is wimpier, no flare on top of the post, and not so easily customizable after installation if at all). I demanded $2000 to settle, this place decided to save $300 and not settle but refunded $1700 for the abutment and crown screw up. I had to get remedial work done elsewhere and this one was a money loser for sure.

This place also declined to do a regular cleaning for me but said it had to be a more expensive kind, but another dental office did not see it that way and I feel like I was being denied what I wanted in order for someone to bill for a more expensive procedure. My advice is to avoid this place for sure. I regret trusting my implant work to this place.

I have struggled with some congenital issues for most of my life and have had numerous difficulties with the dentist, which caused many problems for me on various levels. I saw an ad online and was apprehensive, but filled out the form, got a call almost immediately and had an appointment set up. I went in and for what had previously been utter disappointment, this time proved to be different, and miracles started to happen. There was someone in front of me who wasn't telling me that things were impossible, but that there were options and also what back up plans there could be as well. Dr. O'Donoghue and his staff are truly the best of the best.

Even after the first appointment I was still uncertain, due to past experiences. But the staff gave me hope and assured me that it would all be well. I had the surgery and am now ten days post op and went in for a check up today. Again, I was met with the same kindness and consideration and got the best dental care I've ever experienced. If you have been struggling with oral health issues this is the place to go and even if you haven't, it's still the place to go. This is so much more than just a dentists office, it is a place of transformation and new beginnings.

I am forever grateful for the care I have gotten. This is a place where there is an obvious passion for helping people and providing superior care. Oh and an added bonus Dr. O'Donoghue raises bees, so if you love great honey make an inquiry, because it is equally as fantastical as the care.
