Powell Valley Dental is a hidden gem—friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on patient care. My family switched here last year, and we’ve never looked back. Dr. Evans is fantastic with my 10-year-old, turning his fear of the dentist into excitement with “tooth superhero” stickers. For me, she handled a tricky cavity with precision, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The office is bright and clean, with a cozy waiting area that feels like a living room.

The hygienists are thorough but gentle, and they take time to explain how to improve my oral care. They’re great with insurance, break down costs clearly, and offer flexible scheduling. When my husband had an emergency toothache, they fit him in the same day. It’s dental care with heart, and we’re so glad we found them.

Powell Valley Dental has the worst customer service. I needed some work done on my teeth about 3 months ago and they kept pushing for me to buy a teeth cleaning kit for me to take care of them at home. My insurance won’t cover it. However, they will cover in-office cleaning. They said not what I needed.

I told them I only had so much money to work with and need the cracks fixed and they said if I didn’t go by their dental plan their not going to fix it. I have to pay a co-pay each time and need to fix the worst problems first. After waiting on them, I lost my front tooth. Don’t trust Powell Valley Dental.
