The staff is so rude! The doc him self was nice to my daughter (15) but the staff kept picking on her. They wouldn't leave her alone about her mask being over her nose. Complaining about the coffee that she was holding (waiting for me to bring back to the car) we didn't even check out.

When the nurse touched my child's shoulder to tell her to pull her mask up higher, that was the last straw. We left!

RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! I was referred to this office but I sadly didn’t take the time to read reviews because I would have saved myself from a lot of pain and headache the staff is incredibly rude and the first red flag was how I was talked down to when I called. Day of surgery I was only in the office for 30 mins and the second I woke up they had me signing paper work before I knew what was even going on. Two days later the right side of my head was terribly painful and swollen. Even my eye was just about swollen shut I called the emergency number I spoke with the doctor who did the surgery.

He proceeded to say “oh that’s normal I’ll see you in a week” and told me to get over it. I went back today. A week after my surgery my mouth is still bleeding, swollen, and painful. All of the staff was once again rude.

They were less than helpful. I’m planning on getting a second opinion. Long story short I don’t care if you gotta drive an hour to go somewhere else do not let these people take your money or put you under. RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and I want to say how fantastic Oral surgery center was!!! We arrived and they took her right back, the office is on point and receptionist was very nice.

The Dr is very proficient and my daughter on the way home said that the nurse was so very nice!! The nurse came out and explained everything very thorough with the pain meds and gave me extra gauze, a note for school, and very clear instructions!! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr Horowitz and his staff for oral surgery!!!!! I’m in awe of how efficient everything ran in that office!!!!!

Highly recommended; today ran so smoothly. My son had his wisdom teeth removed today 4/28/23 . The receptionist checked us right in and within minutes they took him back . They explained to us what would happen. Everyone from the anesthesiologist, dr and nurse were so wonderful. When he was finished the nurse came out with extra gauze , school note , prescriptions and the insurance print out .

I was amazing how well things went . I just received a phone call from Dr. Horowitz to see how he is doing . I highly recommend his office . 5 stars
