I’m going to say this first, I’m fully aware that my teeth are beyond repair and that is my own fault. I chose this practice because they worked with my insurance and I live 5 minutes away, if that. I knew I would need a full upper denture, and one tooth was loose and I wanted that dealt with as soon as possible. I scheduled the appointment and they were able to get me in about a week after I called, and I was expecting to have to wait longer. Day of appointment came and mine was for 8 am. I was taken back a few minutes before 8 actually, and I had X-rays done by carol before the dr came in.

Carol was super! Friendly and efficient, which in my eyes is perfect. Dr came in (I think I saw Dr Alviani but I’m not great with names) and he confirmed that I did indeed need the full upper and the loose tooth extracted. I expected that I’d have to get the tooth pulled at a later date but he did it that day, and I am extremely grateful for that. We went over my plan for care and then I had my mouth scanned for the denture. From the phone call to checkout, the staff were all friendly, relatable, and seemed to really enjoy their patients and their work. Everybody was pleasant and upbeat but it didn’t seem fake at all.

Dr even joked around a bit and we were both laughing and it was just what I needed, honestly. I’ve always had anxiety about dental work which is how my teeth got so bad in the first place. I’m very glad I chose this practice and my only negative is that their parking lot is odd. But if I had to I could walk so that’s not an issue at all! I will be recommending this office to anyone who asks. Thank you, Polished Dental staff, for making me feel so comfortable during what is normally an unpleasant experience for me.
